EFT is a gentle and constructive psychological process accompanied by a simple, non invasive, tapping on specific meridian points. It was originally devised to reduce the duration of therapy from months or years down to a few hours. It is based on some important discoveries by Dr Roger Callahan, the founder of TFT.
Whereas EFT emphasises the 'energetics' associated with Chinese medicine and the meridian system, TFT is concerned with 'informational properties' within the Thought Field - and is more aligned with the concept of Morphic Resonance and Fields of the Mind proposed by Dr. Rupert Sheldrake, PhD.
